We partnered with Modiface to create COVERGIRL’s first-ever mobile app, utilizing a proprietary technology that enabled consumers to fully customize their perfect shade-match, personalize their package design and purchase all within the app.
The app gave COTY rich customer data, around which they used to fine-tune the in-store line. The app was so successful that the concept was rolled out to other beauty product categories across the COVERGIRL brand.
